Liang Qingsong practices at the Urumqi Liang Qingsong Medical Aesthetic Clinic. With 23 years of clinical experience in plastic surgery, he specializes in eye, nose, and breast plastic surgery. He is the youngest plastic surgeon in Xinjiang. In 1994, at the age of only 22, Liang Qingsong graduated from West China University of Medical Sciences; in 1996, he was conferred a doctoral degree; in the same year, he was sent by the government to the United States for advanced studies; and in 1997, he founded Liang Qingsong Plastic Surgery.
